General Event Conduct
- All participants, guests, vendors, and sponsors must follow event staff instructions at all times.
- Respectful behavior is required toward staff, volunteers, service members, vendors, property owners, and other guests.
- Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Alcohol and intoxication-related behavior are not permitted on event property. Event staff reserves the right to remove any participant, guest, or group whose behavior creates a safety concern, disturbance, or disruption.
- Participants are responsible for their guests, children, pets, vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings.
Vehicle & Trail Rules
- All vehicles must be operated safely and responsibly at all times.
- Speed limits and posted traffic flow must be followed throughout the event property.
- Trail access may be limited by schedule, weather, vehicle capability, staff direction, or safety concerns.
- Drivers are responsible for knowing the limits of their vehicle and driving within their ability.
- Seat belts must be worn when vehicles are in motion.
- No reckless driving, racing, donuts, burnouts, or unsafe vehicle operation will be allowed.
Camping & Property Rules
- Camping is permitted only in approved areas assigned or identified by event staff.
- Quiet hours, generator rules, campfire rules, and campsite boundaries must be followed.
- Participants must keep their campsite clean and remove trash before departure.
- Do not damage trees, trails, fences, buildings, signs, or other property.
- Campfires may be restricted or prohibited depending on weather, property rules, or local fire conditions.
- Campfires must remain a standard campfire size, no larger than approximately 3 feet by 3 feet, and must be contained within a proper burn pit, fire ring, or similar fire-safe containment.
Family, Youth & Pets
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Children must remain clear of moving vehicles, trail staging areas, vendor setup areas, and restricted zones.
- Pets must be leashed, controlled, cleaned up after, and kept away from restricted areas.
- Event staff may ask that a pet be removed if it creates a safety concern or disturbance.
Safety & Emergency Access
- Emergency lanes, access roads, fire lanes, and staff-only areas must remain clear at all times.
- Report injuries, unsafe conditions, property damage, or emergencies to event staff immediately.
- Event staff may close trails, areas, activities, or the entire event due to weather, safety, emergency, or operational concerns.
These rules are subject to change as final planning, venue requirements, insurance requirements, and safety procedures are completed.
