Registration Acknowledgment
- By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that the information provided is accurate.
- Registration may be reviewed, approved, denied, or adjusted by Mission Uwharrie event organizers.
- Event credentials, wristbands, passes, camping access, vendor access, or trail access may be required and must be displayed when requested.
- Participants must comply with all event rules, venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.
Waiver Requirement
Participation in Mission Uwharrie may involve outdoor activities, vehicle movement, trail use, camping, uneven terrain, weather exposure, and other risks.
- Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before attending or participating.
- Drivers, passengers, vendors, volunteers, and guests may each be required to complete separate waivers.
- Failure or refusal to sign required waivers may result in denial of entry or participation without refund.
- Parents or legal guardians may be required to sign on behalf of minors.
Assumption of Risk
- Participants understand that outdoor, camping, trail, vehicle, and event activities may involve inherent risks.
- Participants are responsible for evaluating their own ability, vehicle capability, equipment, health, and comfort level.
- Participants agree to act responsibly and avoid activities beyond their skill level or vehicle capability.
- Mission Uwharrie staff may restrict participation for safety, operational, weather, or venue-related reasons.
Payments, Refunds & Changes
- Pass pricing, vendor pricing, sponsor packages, and included benefits may be subject to change until final registration terms are published.
- Refund policies, transfer policies, cancellation policies, and rain/weather policies should be reviewed before payment.
- Mission Uwharrie may modify schedules, activities, vendors, trail access, entertainment, locations, or event features as needed.
- If the event is changed, postponed, or canceled, available options will be communicated through official event channels.
Media Release
- Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, sponsor, or recap purposes.
- By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in event photos or videos.
- Participants with specific media concerns should contact event staff before or during the event.
Agreement to Follow Rules
- Participants agree to follow the posted Mission Uwharrie Rules & Regulations.
- Participants understand that unsafe conduct, rule violations, or failure to follow staff direction may result in removal from the event.
- Participants understand that event terms may be updated as planning, venue, insurance, and safety requirements are finalized.
